Question: I've never done Pilates before, is this ok?

Absolutely! If you are completely new, I suggest a 1:1 to begin with, to introduce you to the practice and the apparatus.
If you have done mat Pilates then it's a simple introduction to their big brothers!
Question: What should I wear?
​
It's best to wear tighter fitting work out clothes than loose, so that I can see your body moving and make the necessary adjustments. With Pilates, literally a few millimetres can make a huge difference!
Question: I have an injury/ongoing issue, can I still come?

It's always best to keep me informed of any issues that you have, new or ongoing and we can go from there. I am certified in injuries and pathologies and have worked with many different aches and pains, so most likely the answer is yes, but please give me a shout!
Question: I feel nervous/I am unfit, will I be ok in your class?

Yes! I make it my goal to provide classes which are inclusive and compassionate and I ALWAYS work to how your body is feeling that day. We will work to your individual goals but I feel strongly that we need to listen to our bodies as well. In short, I will challenge you, but in a safe way, and our small class sizes ensure that this will always be the case.
