Celia Victor Pilates
I discovered my love for Pilates whilst working as a sports massage therapist at a physio clinic. Starting staff Pilates classes first, I quickly saw and felt the benefits in my own body so I was hooked!
So many of my clients came to me with issues like backache, poor posture, muscle imbalances etc, and through discovering Pilates and it's amazing benefits on the body, I knew right away that I could in fact help with the root of all these problems instead of treating the symptoms, so I decided to train as a Pilates teacher and launched Celia Victor Pilates in 2020, eventually opening my own studio at the end of 2022.

Is Pilates Right For Me?
Pilates is for everybody!
It's such a cliche, but it's true! A few things I can help with:
Injuries, post occurrence and prevention. I've worked with a number of different injuries/issues including pre and post hip replacements, ACL/meniscus tears, blown knee, frozen shoulder, osteoperosis, scoliosis to name a few!
Posture. We work on back extension and you will walk out feeling taller and straighter!
Core strength and muscle balance. We target the deep muscles and work both bi and unilaterally to try help with muscle imbalance (we all have this to some degree!)
